If it's still loading try refreshing the page a few times, that got me up to about 98 percent loaded within a few minutes
Man, you had me until the actual gameplay.
I didn't enjoy the music. The level design blended together too much. The lack of a clear health bar (if there is a health system) or checkpoints is frustrating.
The art was probably the best part, though. That made it worth the cutscenes. Once you get the hang of making games you'll make substantial improvements. But unfortunately this particular game is a little bit too unfinished to be worthwhile.
Meh. It's your first game and unfortunately, very flawed.
Coincidentally, this review is my first ever Newgrounds post!
ART - Fine by 2012 standards.
STORY - A little simple but ultimately not important for this kind of game.
GAMEPLAY - Relatively bug-free which I have to give you credit for! The lack of animation or transition when you pass a level or die leaves something to be desired though.
MUSIC - Kind of ear-grating. Felt very rough.
LEVEL DESIGN - Kinda dull. Kinda confusing with the zoomed in camera as well.
OVERALL SCORE - 1.5/5
As your first game, it's a good attempt and you deserve credit where credit is due. But as a game it's only slightly less frustrating than those cheap mobile platforming games.
